    We would love to kick off your project right away, however, our availability depends on our ongoing commitments and the complexity of your specific requirements. To ensure your project gets the attention it deserves, we suggest contacting us at least 1-3 months before your preferred launch date. This lead time enables us to plan resources effectively. When scheduling your consultation call, kindly provide any specific launch dates you have in mind, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your timeline.
  • What is your pricing structure?
    Our pricing structure is tailored to the specific requirements of each project. We offer hourly rates, project-based fees, and retainer options to accommodate various budgets. Contact us for detailed rate information. Additionally, we provide a Freelance/White label option for further flexibility.
  • Do you provide payment plans?
    Absolutely! For most of our client projects, we follow a two-payment instalment plan. The first payment is required upfront to kickstart your project and secure your place in our schedule. The remaining balance is due just before the final sign-off. If needed, we are more than happy to discuss a payment plan with 3-4 instalments, customised to suit the requirements of your project. Our goal is to offer flexibility and convenience in managing the financial aspects of your project.

Sketching and Designing (±3-5 days) Following the research and brainstorming, the actual sketching and designing of logo concepts take approximately 3-5 days. We often draw inspiration from the accumulated designs during the research phase. Throughout the process, we take breaks. Stepping back and coming back later helps us to see things more clearly and be more creative. Concept Presentation & Review (±2-5 days) Once we've designed a few concepts/ideas, you get to choose the ones you like. Preparing the presentation takes about 1-2 days, and then we give you around 3 days to review the concepts. It's essential not to rush this decision-making process – taking the time to think it over is important. Revisions & Approval (±5-7 days) If you want any changes, revisions typically take 5-7 days. This phase allows us to fine-tune the logo until it's just right. While it might sound like a bit of time, giving you the space to make decisions ensures we end up with a logo that truly represents your business. It's a collaborative effort, and your feedback is essential. Delivery & Handoff (±1-2 days) The final stage, delivery and handoff, takes around 1-2 days. This is where we refine and finalise the logo and prepare all the necessary files. Designing a logo from concept to completion typically takes around 2-4 weeks. The timeframe will vary based on specific requirements, complexity, and collaboration with you, the client.
