By booking and paying for a one-off design service with The You Company, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

• This is a one-off service covering graphic and web design support for individual tasks or short-term projects.

• The minimum service duration is one hour, with additional time available at an agreed rate.

• This service does not include revisions beyond what is specified in the agreement. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
   

2. Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where The You Company is unable to deliver the service.
   

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• A timeframe for completion will be agreed upon before the work begins.

• Final files will be provided in agreed formats upon completion and payment clearance.

• If additional time is required due to changes requested by the client, this will be charged at the standard hourly rate of £42 p/h.
   

4. Cancellations & Amendments

• If you need to cancel before work has started, you may receive a partial refund, minus any admin or processing fees.

• Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

• Changes to the original scope after work has started may incur additional charges.
   

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

• Design work is completed to a high standard based on the provided brief, but The You Company is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction if the original brief was followed.
   

6. Liability & Ownership

• Once full payment is received, the final design files belong to the client.

• The You Company retains the right to use the design in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• The You Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from the use of the design.
   

7. Confidentiality

• Any client information shared during the process will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
