HOW IT WORKS
Book your session
Click the Book Now button to be taken to the scheduler. Select the date and time that suits you best. After scheduling, you’ll be directed to a payment option to pay for your session.
Set your goals
Fill in a short questionnaire at least 48 hours before your session to help us prepare and make the most of our time together.
Meet online
We’ll have our scheduled session during a one-hour video call to dive into your challenges.
Take action
Walk away with clear steps and practical advice you can use immediately. You’ll also receive a link to the video recording of your session to revisit whenever you need.

Booking & Payment

All Power Hour sessions must be booked via the online scheduler, and payment is required at the time of booking.

The cost of the session is £75 for a 60-minute session.

Payment is processed via the payment gateway provided and must be completed before the session is confirmed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded, and the full session fee will be charged.

In case of a no-show, the session fee will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
Pre-session Questionnaire

A pre-session questionnaire must be completed 48 hours prior to the session. This allows us to tailor the Power Hour to your specific needs and ensure we address all your questions.

If the questionnaire is not completed within the specified time, The You Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
Session Delivery

Power Hour sessions are conducted via Google Meet.

Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be provided.

You will receive a recording of the session.
Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide any necessary materials (e.g., design assets, project files) that may be required for the session.

You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment (computer, internet connection, software, etc.) is in working order for the session.
Confidentiality & Copyright

Any information or materials shared during the session, including design assets, will be treated as confidential.

The You Company retains the right to use general insights and feedback from sessions for promotional purposes, but no proprietary client information or designs will be shared without explicit permission.
No Guarantees

The You Company will provide professional advice and support, but no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

Clients are encouraged to take notes and apply the tips provided during the session independently.
Liability

The You Company is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of advice, tips, or resources provided during the session.

Clients are responsible for implementing any changes or advice discussed during the Power Hour.
Changes to Terms & Conditions

The You Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to booking.
By booking a Power Hour session, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
